Known for the originality of his photographs, Hiro’s photographic career began at Harper’s Bazaar, New York as a fashion, still-life and portrait photographer. Hiro’s work is characterised by surprises, abnormalities, unusual lighting, Surrealism, the unreal and an astounding and constant vision. This seminal publication includes a forward by Martin Harrison with 25 plates in both black-and-white and colour. This remains one of Hiro’s most coveted publications of his most iconic pictures.
